Csaba Jancsovics is an industrial transformation and operational performance specialist with more than 25 years of experience helping mining and other asset-intensive industries unlock substantial operational value. Over the course of his career, Csaba has worked across mining, metals, energy, and other complex industrial environments, supporting senior executives and operational leaders on some of their most important performance challenges. His experience spans diagnostics, operating model design, large-scale transformation, and execution support across multiple assets and geographies.
